Jason Sondhi and Ryan Vaughn Named to Indianapolis Business Journal Indiana 250 List

INDIANAPOLIS (July 17, 2024) — EXOS (formerly Sondhi Solutions) is proud to announce Jason Sondhi, Founder and CEO, and Ryan Vaughn, President and General Counsel, have both been honored by the Indianapolis Business Journal’s (IBJ) Indiana 250 List for 2024 in the Technology and Media category.

After a monthslong process, executives, editors and newsroom staff at IBJ Media compiled the list of the state’s most influential and impactful business and community leaders. The Indiana 250 honorees were celebrated at an exclusive reception today.

As an expert in the technology field, Jason Sondhi was also named to last year’s Indiana 250. Since founding the company, he has grown EXOS to serve customers across the country, top the IBJ Fastest Growing Companies list and land on the Inc. 5000. A leader in the community, Sondhi has prioritized giving back throughout his career. He created the IT Equipment Round UP, which provides gently used IT equipment to nonprofits, and Jingle Books, a holiday fundraiser that provides books to Indianapolis children. Additionally, he is a member of the First Merchants Bank Corporate Board, Crossroads of America Boy Scout Council and Park Tudor Alumni Board.

“To again be named alongside so many great leaders at public and private companies, law firms, universities, nonprofits, government and community organizations is a tremendous honor,” Sondhi said. “I’m proud to lead a team that provides excellent service to our customers so they can focus on what matters most.”

Ryan Vaughn has served as President and General Counsel of EXOS since June 2022. Vaughn’s leadership supports the EXOS mission to enable people and technology to create effective solutions that drive value for clients. Before EXOS, Vaughn served as Chief of Staff for Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard for over three years and as President of Indiana Sports Corp for nine years. Vaughn has served on a number of councils, boards and committees for the economic growth and prominence of Indianapolis, including the Indianapolis-Marion County City-County Council, Super Bowl XLVI Host Committee, Indiana Chamber, Encyclopedia of Indianapolis Civic Advisory Board, Visit Indy and Women’s Fund Advisory Board.

“I am humbled to be named to the Indiana 250 alongside Jason and with many other leaders I’ve come to know and respect during my career,” Vaughn said. “Being able to serve different communities and industries over the years has given me tremendous purpose, especially now at EXOS as I have the privilege of helping businesses receive critical support for their needs in cybersecurity, talent and IT.”

This news comes on the heels of the company’s rebrand from Sondhi Solutions to EXOS. EXOS is a family of companies that provide cybersecurity, talent and IT solutions across the United States. Under the parent EXOS Companies, the three divisions are now operating as EXOS CYBER, EXOS TALENT and EXOS IT.
