INDIANAPOLIS (July 23, 2025) — EXOS is proud to announce that Ryan Vaughn, President and General Counsel, has been named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s (IBJ) Indiana 250 List for 2025 in the Technology and Media category.
After a rigorous months-long selection process, IBJ Media’s executives, editors, and newsroom staff compiled the Indiana 250 — a list recognizing the state’s most influential and impactful business and community leaders. Honorees were celebrated at an exclusive reception in Indianapolis.
Ryan Vaughn has served as President and General Counsel of EXOS since June 2022. In his role, Vaughn’s leadership supports the EXOS purpose to change lives, support their teams, protect and improve partners and their communities.
Prior to joining EXOS, Vaughn served as Chief of Staff for Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard for over three years and led Indiana Sports Corp as President for nine years. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the economic growth and civic vitality of Indianapolis, holding roles with the Indianapolis-Marion County City-County Council, Super Bowl XLVI Host Committee, Indiana Chamber, Encyclopedia of Indianapolis Civic Advisory Board, Visit Indy, and Women’s Fund Advisory Board.
