First Managed Services Customer in 2011

Growth accelerated rapidly. In 2016, the Indiana Business Journal named the company to its Fast 25 list, recognizing it as one of the fastest-growing firms in the state. Together, Jason and Ryan guided the company toward a clearer identity and a broader mission, positioning then Sondhi Solutions for long-term impact and national reach.
A New Identity for a New Era
Rebranded to EXOS in 2024
By 2024, the company had evolved far beyond its original name. The combination of cyber, talent, and IT services represented a unified ecosystem of support. To reflect this, Sondhi Solutions rebranded to EXOS.
Inspired by the exoskeleton, the name EXOS symbolizes protection, structure, and the ability to help organizations grow. Under this new identity, the company aligned its services under three divisions.
