EXOS is proud to announce a new addition to our leadership team, Jeff Cristee as Chief Growth Officer. This newly created executive leadership role focuses on accelerating EXOS’s continued expansion and strengthening client partnerships.

As Chief Growth Officer, Cristee will oversee EXOS’s long-term growth strategy through aligning sales, marketing, brand and current client engagement efforts. Cristee will strengthen client relationships, identify new market opportunities and develop strategic initiatives that support revenue growth and business expansion.
Cristee’s career has centered on building organizations that balance ambitious growth with operational excellence and ethical leadership. He has a passion for developing diverse teams, creating inclusive cultures where talent thrives and ensuring that technology partnerships drive meaningful outcomes. Prior to joining EXOS, Cristee led a turnaround strategy for Enterprise Accounts at Trellix. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University.
Cristee’s hire is close on the heels of EXOS’s service expansion earlier this year, including Fractional Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) consulting. These services give organizations access to experienced executive leadership across technology, cybersecurity and business operations.
